About Me

Seemas' Calling

Walked the Path...

I have a deep passion for my work because I struggled for 20+ years with hypothyroid, fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis accompanied by a whole slew of side effects that comes with being on 25 prescription medicines.

Autoimmune is an invisible disease where you look perfect from the outside but in excruciating pain from the inside. I kept up the appearance that life was great. People called me superwoman because I was “successfully” managing the demands of wife, mother, and entrepreneur.

In reality, I was exhausted, overwhelmed and overloaded. Not only did I feel limited and isolated because of the pain itself, but also because of the lack of support of doctors, friends and even family - because they couldn’t understand that I was suffering because I looked healthy and my medical tests often came up with no diagnosis.  It was a really really lonely existence.

It breaks my heart to see women trying to build a brighter future for financial security, better quality of life and a legacy, only to end up depleted, burned-out from over giving and suppressing their emotions while plagued with the invisible disease-autoimmune, cancer or at the very least adrenal fatigue.

When I finally found the way to recovery, I vowed to help others do the same.

I believe in rolling up my sleeves, getting to work, and getting results no matter what it takes (but always with love and positive support).

My mission is to support you in creating a life where you can fully express yourself and encompass ALL of the things you want, on your terms. A balance that brings you joy.  This is because out of the 50 million Americans who have autoimmune disease, 80% are women. In this country as well as other developing nations like India, chronic stress, anxiety, societal pressures, emotional and mental toxicities are contributors to these illnesses.

Its my belief if we help the women—the primary family caregivers, the counselors, the breadwinners, the teachers of our children, and in growing numbers global visionaries and leaders— to take charge of their lives and become WHOLE people, then everyone around them stands to change for the better!

My Calling

My life’s work is to empower women who are sick and tired of living the confined, limited and isolated life.  I help women to reject victimhood, tap into their inner power and self-compassion so that they  can create the life of their dreams through my program Break Free to Stand in YOUR Power! I do this through:

  • Personal, loving coaching to build your confidence and courage, and walk beside you throughout  your recovery journey

  • Bridging the gap between your doctor’s allopathic care and mind-body-spirit practices to create a holistic recovery plan

  • Advocating for you with your doctors and caregivers; work with your family to support you in your journey to a new life

  • Tested strategies and tools to reduce/eliminate the toxicities in your body that are causing you pain, from the environment, food, and people who trigger you emotionally

  • Ancient Eastern holistic practices to relieve pain and bring calm and peace

  • Guidance and support to rebuild, reclaim, and redesign a life that is aligned with your strengths, passion, purpose, and legacy
